The Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc has ripe tropical and gooseberry fruit flavours with a zingy finish and impeccable balance. A great aperitif or seafood wine made for drinking young. Serve lightly chilled.

The nose is fresh, slightly fruity. The taste is dry, fresh and hints of fruits. When the bottle was newly opened there was a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste that have almost disappeared after it's been open for a while. I rate this 4/5 where 5 is best and would probably buy it again. My wife prefers sweeter wines and rates this at 3/5.
